I need the paper I upload to be review and corrected, in the following two points:

1-Supports description of effective patient care with current nursing and informatics theoretical ideas, and provides real-world examples of appropriate application of the theories.

2-Find a nursing theory relevant to the implementation of change and incorporate in the work. Review Lewin’s Change Theory.
