I am in the process of opening a new food concept. It’s called Poke. It is a Hawaiian concept. Like sushi. I would like deep research on the competition. Strengths and weakness from the existing Poke Restaurants. I will add my own twist to it and include pacific rim food and dumplings. I would want to franchise this. Marketing strategy.
